The only thing that grows in your comfort zone is your waistline and your list of regrets.
The rules, standards, and expectations you set to protect your peace, energy, and well-being. Saying "no" is a full sentence, and enforcing boundaries is not rude, it is survival.
Growth is not about perfection, its about taking the damn step.
Your story is yours to tell, and it is powerful. Instead of feeling ashamed or trying to hide the hard parts, reframe them as proof of your resilience.

Eden Jackson is rewriting the rules of sex education, and going forward, women come first!
She works with women who are tired of faking it (in bed and in life) and teaches them how to play with themselves, then confidently show others how to keep up.
Because let’s be for real, if you’re gonna do it, the bare minimum is that you actually enjoy it. And if you don’t want to? Guess what, your body, your rules. Period!
Eden strips the shame out of sex and replaces it with self-awareness, body literacy, and boundaries that feel good as hell.
She’s not here to hand you permission, she’s here to remind you you’ve had it all along.
Known for her humor, raw honesty, and Hype Queen energy, Eden doesn’t just hand out tips, she shifts how women see themselves, their relationships, and their right to pleasure.
She’s the author of The Blueprint for Inconvenient Women, Eden is unapologetically committed to helping women take up space, in the bedroom, in their relationships, and in their lives.
If you’ve ever thought, “There’s gotta be more than this,” she’s your wake-up call.
Reasons why folks love Eden's Energy!
I think I want to talk about how growth is messy and how you emphasize it multiple times. And I love that, because I think that is so so true, and something we have to remind ourselves about all the time, to not be critical and to allow ourselves to evolve.
I'm allowed to evolve.
Giving ourselves permission to be messy and to do things ugly, to be able to go through that experience is huge.
And the fact that you emphasize it in here, like multiple times.
Accept the messiness of growth, and then you've got a mantra in here. I'm allowed to evolve. I'm allowed to change. Growth is my birthright, and I embrace it unapologetically.
I think we have to recognize as part of growth, that we will outgrow things and certain people and certain habits. Our life is going to change. If we want our life to change, we have to be willing to let our life change and not hold on to anything, or anyone too tightly.I definitely forget that, because I think I've got to keep everybody happy.
You can join me I’m not gonna dim my light or stop my growth to make you feel comfortable.
So many women that I know that would benefit from just being able to read things like this and to get to know their community. I invite people to read this book.
